Process of posting notifications in Greece: step by step
- Visit the YPAKP Ministry website: Open the web browser and go to the official website of the YPAKP Ministry.
- Navigate to “E-SERVICES”: In the top menu bar, you will find the “E-SERVICES” link. Click on it to continue.
- Select “POSTED WORKERS”: Among the available services, select “POSTED WORKERS.”
- Login or register: Click on “LOGIN” and enter your login details. If you don't have one yet, register on the website.
- Create a new message: Click NEW DECLARATION to create a new message.
- Enter the required information: Fill out all necessary information about the posting, including company details, employee details, and location and duration of the assignment.
- Upload required documents: Upload all necessary documents, such as a copy of the employment contract or the posting notice.
- Unsubscribe: Unsubmit the message and save the confirmation. Please note that this must be done no later than the day the assignment starts.
