3. Submit a PWD report:

- Submit at least 48 hours before work starts.
4. Get proof:
- After successful submission, the employer receives a confirmation, which must be kept while working in France.
5. Comply with employment and social security regulations:
- While working in France, both employer and employee must comply with all applicable employment and social security regulations, including payment of social security contributions.
