In Denmark, German companies must register their employees for foreign service providers Register “RUT” (Register for foreign service providers - Registret for Udenlandske Tjenesteydere). Important: Not all services are notifiable; the exceptions are listed in a RUT notification guide. This includes, for example, in-house assignments and participation in seminars and conferences. The fitter clause is also described here, according to which work on technical systems is not subject to the reporting requirement for up to eight days.
